Before you call
It helps to have:
- Your address, so the request reaches a contractor who works there
- Where the water collects and where it seems to come from
- Whether your street has curbs or open ditches and a driveway culvert
- Photos or video taken during or right after a storm
- Whether you're in an HOA or know your lot is in a floodplain
